Boat Race is a drinking game similar to flip cup except you don't flip your cup. You place the finished cup upside down on your head to prove that you drank it all. Two teams face off in a chugging contest and whichever team finishes first is declared ze winner!
What You Need:
A long table
2 evenly numbered teams
Enough beer to drown a moose (please don't actually try to drown a moose)
How To Play:
After the teams are chosen players line up on opposite sides of the table.
A full cup of beer is placed in front of each person.
If there is no referee, countdown to start the race.
After the countdown the first two opponents at the head of the table must chug their beer as fast as they can.
As soon as someone finishes their beer they must place the cup on their head upside down for the remainder of the game.
Right after a cup is placed on your head the next person for that team starts chugging.
This continues until a team finishes their line of beers first.
Mistakes will be made and depending on how serious you play. Here are some rules you can enforce while playing.
If a player cannot keep their cup balanced on their head. Anyone on that team that is drinking must stop until the cup is back on the player's head.
Anyone who spills beer gets penalized and has to stop drinking for 5 seconds.
If a player spills beer on their head after they are done chugging. You can either punish them making them chug another cup of beer. Or instead you can stop that team from drinking for 10 seconds.
Players that puke can pass their beer off to another teammate with no penalty.
